Mouse Shaker uses APIs provided by Apple and Clement Rousseau makes no guarantees that Mouse Shaker will work properly on every single device or every version of macOS. In no event shall Clement Rousseau be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Mouse Shaker or the materials on the mouseshaker.clemstation.com Internet site, even if Clement Rousseau or a mouseshaker.clemstation.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
• In any way that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Clement Rousseau’s services or which, as determined by Clement Rousseau, may harm Clement Rousseau or users of Clement Rousseau’s services or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use Mouse Shaker in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Mouse Shaker or corresponding APIs, interfere with any other party’s use of Mouse Shaker or corresponding external APIs, including their ability to engage in real time activities through Mouse Shaker.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access this web site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on this website.
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on this web site or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
